I remember when Secretary Murphy was appointed, I was Vice President of the Red Clay School Board. I was not at all confident that Secretary Lowery’s replacement was a right fit for Delaware and I know others felt the same way as I did. It is interesting to see what folks had to say about the former Secretary three years ago.

    Secretary Lowery was awful as well. Can;t say Murphy was much worse. Lillian had a better, more congenial personality, but her policy support was beyond terrible. She was ALL IN on teacher bashing evals and disrupting schools and communities with testing, labeling, and punishing.
