atTAcK Addiction Dinner and Fundraiser

Event Flyer R1

This is a grass roots organization founded by parents who have lost children to the disease of addiction. Please come out and support them and share the event information with your family and friends. We all know someone who has lost their life to this disease. Below is an email that I just received from Dave Humes.

On behalf of the entire board of atTAcK addiction, I have the pleasure of inviting you to our first of what we hope will be an annual event.  The purpose of the dinner is honor several individuals who have either partnered and supported us or made an impact and brought enlightenment to the disease of addiction.  It also will serve as a fundraiser so we can continue and expand our efforts.  We have an exciting announcement regarding an exciting long term project.

As you know atTAcK addiction is a grass roots organization founded by parents who have lost children to the disease of addiction.  We are composed of parents and loved ones of people in recovery or still struggling with substance use disorder, those who are in recovery or anyone who has an interest in effective change in drug policy and expanded treatment for those with substance use disorder.

While we have only been in existence for a few short years, our accomplishments have been many.  We believe that we are making a positive impact on behalf of the citizens of Delaware.

And now the part that I like least, if you know of any institutions that provide donations or funding to worthy causes and institutions, atTAcK addiction meets that description.  We would be happy to pass along donor letters.

Please feel free to pass this along to anyone you feel might have interest.

We hope you will join us.

In Peace,

Dave Humes
